8 week cycling online training plan
This 8 week plan is for last minute training towards reaching your goal for an up coming event & will concentrate on the specialty phase of our training programs. You must have access to Today's Plan. Coach tailored plan to suit your lifestyle & needs with full training follow ups to make sure you are set to meet your goal.
The plan is best done with a power meter or heart rate monitor with GPS so you train at the correct intensities for improvement & also so your coach can monitor your progress indoors or outdoors anywhere in the world. We use Today’s Plan with our athletes because the data and the analytics are the best there is, hands down, no one is better. The real strength is that the data and analytics are combined with incredible subjective data that athletes can enter and that makes the coach/athlete relationship that much stronger, data that much more valid and valuable.
